PoolBurg provides swimming pool maintenance, cleaning, inspections, diagnostics, equipment repair, equipment installation, leak detection, automation and salt system services, pool heating and cooling services, resurfacing, remodeling, warranty-related services, and other pool-related services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Final pricing may depend on site conditions, pool condition, equipment condition, accessibility, required labor, required parts, diagnostic findings, water conditions, and the final scope of work.
When PoolBurg provides a written estimate, quote, service agreement, work authorization, invoice, or other job-specific document, the terms of that document apply to the applicable work.
Additional work outside the originally approved scope may require additional customer authorization and charges.
Customers are responsible for authorized charges associated with services performed or products supplied by PoolBurg.
Payment terms, deposits, balances, recurring service charges, due dates, and other billing requirements may be stated in an applicable estimate, invoice, work authorization, payment request, or service agreement.
PoolBurg may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments.
PoolBurg Customer Care SMS
PoolBurg uses SMS and MMS to provide informational and transactional communications to customers and prospective customers who have voluntarily opted in.

The PoolBurg Customer Care SMS program is intended for transactional and non-marketing communications.
PoolBurg may send customer-care text messages from its registered business messaging number, including 469-731-8670, and from other properly registered PoolBurg numbers if added in the future.
When using the widget, the customer voluntarily provides a mobile telephone number and affirmatively agrees to receive informational or transactional text messages from PoolBurg.
SMS consent is voluntary.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from PoolBurg.
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, appointment, estimate, service request, and interactions with PoolBurg.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, wireless coverage, device compatibility, network conditions, and circumstances outside PoolBurg’s control.

PoolBurg will not treat consent provided for this program as permission to send unrelated promotional or marketing text-message campaigns.
