When they stop performing correctly, it’s usually mineral buildup inside the jet or damage to the precision internal surfaces. We remove, inspect, clean or replace as needed. The correct jet match matters, different Sundance models use different Fluidix jet types.
Start by checking that your home WiFi is working and the spa has power. Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If it still won’t connect, the SmartTub module may need to be reset or re-paired. If these steps don’t work, call us.
